PM Modi inaugurates Afghan's new Parliament

Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is on one-day visit to Afghanistan, meet Afghan President Ashraf Ghani to discuss a wide range of issues, including security and bilateral cooperation. PM Modi also inaugurated the new Parliament House of Afghanistan.
