PM Modi to chair commanders’ conference

Security is tight along the Kochi coast as Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses the Combined Commanders Conference on board India’s latest aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya on Tuesday morning. The three service chiefs and other senior officers of the army, navy and air force will brief the Prime Minister and defence minister Manohar Parrikar about military issues and also put up suggestions in the one-day event.
