Rahul woos farmers to revive Congress

Continuing his relentless assault on the Modi government over the land bill, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today vowed not to allow it acquire "even an inch of land" as he reached out to the farmers of Rajasthan with a foot march. Undertaking an 8-km 'padyatra' in the villages of the desert state, a day after Congress chief ministers boycotted the NITI Aayog meeting convened by the Prime Minister on the contentious legislation, Rahul also attacked Narendra Modi for his "silence" on corruption.
