Today, Bhopal remembers the victims of gas tragedy on the 31st anniversary of the disaster which left the city in a tragic state for the past several years. Nothing has changed in the past few years! Talk about the Union Carbide factory where the incident occurred or the slums of victims residing nearby the factory, the government's distanced stance on the subject and the repetitive promises done to the distressed.
