Speed 100: Cauvery water protests: Farmer attempts suicide in Mandya

Amid protests across the state, Karnataka on Wednesday started releasing Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu after the Supreme Court's directive asking it to release 15,000 cusecs per day to the neighbouring state for ten days.
