A hurry-skurry kind of a situation around in Delhi's Sadar Bazaar where fire erupted in a wollen clothes godown. Giving further relief to people facing cash crunch due to demoentisation, government and RBI announced new slew of measures inclding waiver of service tax on the use of debit and credit cards, while no service charge will be charged while booking train tickets.
