Speed News: Rahul Gandhi to address Indian Overseas Congress curriculum in Britain

Congress president Rahul Gandhi is on his second day of Britain tour on Thursday. He will be addressing the curriculum of Indian Overseas Congress in the meet. Defence minister of India Nirmala Sitharaman and Defence minister of China Chang Wanquan will conduct a meeting on Thursday. This will be the second meeting between the two countries in 2018. Doklam issue might be raised during their conversation.
