Supreme Court is set to hear Shiv Sena's plea against Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari's decision of not granting extra time to the party. Also, the Supreme Court will pass orders on petitions filed by the 17 disqualified Congress and JD(S) Karnataka MLAs, challenging the decision of then speaker KR Ramesh Kumar disqualifying them for a period of six years after they submitted their resignations from the house. Lates in the day, the Supreme Court will pronounce its verdict on a plea challenging the Delhi High Court decision bringing the office of the chief justice of India under the Right to Information Act.
