A truck driver was slapped a Rs 2,00,500 challan by traffic police for violating a number of traffic norms, including overloading near Mukarba Chowk in Delhi. The amount of challan is one of the highest fines under the Motor Vehicle Amendment Act 2019. Watch the full report.
