As per Central government's scheme UDAN (Ude Desh ka Aam Naagrik), two big and two airports to be built soon in Delhi NCR. IGI airport and Jewar airport will be huge in size and operation and will also handle international flights while Meerut and Hindon airport will handle domestic traffic.
