Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad slams Congress for 'Chota Modi' remark

Ravi Shankar Parsad while addressing a press conference on Thursday slammed Congress for its 'Chota Modi' remark and advised the party to stop using photo politics. The Union Law Minister also said that the government won't spare the guilty in the PNB fraud case.
