Union Minister Anant Hegde apologises for his remark on changing Constitution in Parliament

Union Minister Anant Hegde on Thursday apologised for his remarks on changing the Constitution in Parliament. The Minister of State for Employment and Skill Development said that he respected Constitution and will never go against it. Hegde had to issue a clarification after Congress threatened that it will disrupt the proceedings in the Parliament.
