Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, who rode cycle to Parliament, said that cycling is not his fashion but a passion. “We had made climate club. The former speaker had allotted parking space for my cycle. Cycling gives three benefits- It is a solution to pollution, fitness, and fuel saving,” he added.
