Vijay Mallya issue raised in Parliament

The Congress on Thursday raised Vijay Mallaya issue in the Parliament as it attacked the government alleging it helped him leave the country. "Vijay Mallya is not a needle that he couldn't be caught. He can be seen for 1 km away. I accuse this Govt - why was Vijay Mallya not arrested, why was his passport not seized?," Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said in Rajya Sabha.
