Water logging of Minto Road in Delhi killed a man

A painful accident occurred on Minto Road in the national capital Delhi on Sunday. Kundan, a resident of Haldwani in Uttarakhand, died of water logging on Minto Road. When Kundan's car, which was going to be filled with CNG, got drowned in water, Kundan took refuge on the car but he drowned. #WaterLogging #MintoRoad
