Expert Take: It's advantage Congress, not AAP in Delhi

Speaking about AAP's desperation to forge an alliance with Congress in Delhi as well as in Haryana, senior journalist Manoj Gairola said, " AAP was at its peak when assembly elections took place in Delhi and it got more than 50 percent of votes but in the MCD elections, its vote percentage declined to 29 percent. On the other hand, Congress' vote percentage increased." He added, "The voters who shifted to AAP from Congress in Delhi may come back to the later and it can emerge as the second largest party on many seats."
