PM Modi launches veiled attack on Rahul Gandhi over 'Scorpene deal'

Addressing a rally in Uttar Pradesh's Pratapgarh, PM Modi said that Congress chief Rahul Gandhi's had alleged links with the Scorpene deal. The PM also stated reports that mention how Gandhi's former business partner benefited from the deal. "They do not respond to the notices sent to them by government's various departments", PM added.
