Ageing pitch or home advantage

Mohali was one of those few pitches in India which have helped fast blowers. But the first Test against South Africa has been different. The curator has produced rank turner and 22 wickets have fallen in first two days. The ball is gripping and nipping as the pitch is dry and crumbling. It will be hard to bat as the match progresses.
