Brussels attacks show the ISIS terror stronghold?

ISIS claimed responsibility for Brussels attacks on airport and a rush-hour metro train on Tuesday which killed at least 30 people.The coordinated assault triggered security alerts across Europe and drew global expressions of support. Now the question is do the serial blasts show the growing stronghold of ISIS worldwide? Do these blasts speak of the major security threat at global level?
