Nation View: NIA puts Pakistani diplomat Amir Siddiqui on 'wanted' list

Nation View: India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) has put Pakistani diplomat Amir Zubair Siddiqui on its ‘wanted’ list for plotting 26/11-type attacks. Seeking more information about him, the agency has also released a photo of Siddiqui, who was posted as visa counsellor in the Pakistani High Commission in Colombo. Siddiqui, along with two other Pakistani officers are accused of conspiring to launch 26/11-type attacks on US and Israeli consulates besides Army and Navy commands in south India in 2014. The premier investigating agency said that one more Pakistani official posted in the high commission in Colombo was also involved in the plotting.
