In yet another case of medical apathy in Uttar Pradesh's Barabanki, a Divyang son was forced to carry his father's body on a handcart after being allegedly denied a car by the local hospital and doctors. According to him, he had no option but to wrap the body in sheets of cloth and carry it for 7 km on the cart to reach their home.
