Question Hour: Avalanche warning issued in Kashmir

Fresh avalanche warning has been issued in Jammu and Kashmir due to fresh snowfall. Five army personnel who had been trapped under snow after the caving in of track in Machil sector on Saturday succumbed to injuries on Monday.
