Question Hour: PM Modi in Belgium for 13th India-EU summit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tribute to the victims of the Brussels terror attacks in which over 30 people, including an Indian, lost their lives. Modi, who arrived here on a day-long visit to attend the India-EU Summit, laid a wreath at the Maalbeek Metro station in the Belgian capital.
