Zero Hour: Mumbai attacks mastermind Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi raising funds for terror activities

Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi, who is one of the main masterminds in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, has resurfaced in Pakistan’s Punjab, after getting bail by Lahore high court. It is being alleged that Lakhvi is raising donations for funding Lashker-e-Taiba’s terror activities.
