IPL format of 10 teams may change, know how many matches will be

Preparation for IPL 2022 has started. IPL 2021 will be the last IPL, when eight teams are going to be seen playing in it. Ten teams will play in the next year i.e. IPL 2022. BCCI has already announced this. It is believed that tenders will be issued for the two new teams in August and after their bidding by October or November, it will be finalized which two new teams are entering the IPL. Also this time IPL Mega Auction is also to be held. There is a possibility that there will be a mega auction in December this year or in January next year. If everything goes well, then there is a possibility that IPL 2022 will start in its scheduled time i.e. March-April.
