Stadium: ICC debarred Virat and Dhoni from captaincy of ODI and ODIteam of the year

Despite MS Dhoni being the best captain in the limited over format and Kohli leading India to an unbeaten streak of 18 tests, ICC sought to keep both Indian skippers from captaincy of their favourite formats of the game.
