Breaking: Blast at Russian explosives plant in Dzerzhinsk, 38 injured

At least 38 people were injured after a major blast took place at an explosives plant in Dzerzhinsk city of central Russia on Saturday afternoon. The incident occurred around 11:45 Moscow time (08:45 GMT) at the "Kristall" factory of the Nizhny Novgorod region, about 400 kilometres (250 miles) east of Moscow. The blast shattered the windows in an area of three kilometres around the plant, affecting a part of the city. However, no casualty has been reported in the incident so far.
