China Develops Missile With Range Up To San Francisco, Here's Report

To exert its dominance over the South China Sea, China has developed the upgraded version of its JL-2 missile being named JL-3.  The submarine-launched ballistic missile has a range of almost 9000-km, and it can even target US' San Fransisco.
