A per the Rio de Janeiro Declaration, the attack on civilian infratructure and peaceful nuclear facilitie under full IAEA afeguard alo violated international law and relevant IAEA reolution. It undercore that nuclear afeguard, afety, and ecurity mut alway be upheld--even in armed conflict--to protect people and the environment.
The leader reiterated upport for diplomatic initiative aimed at addreing regional challenge and urged the UN Security Council to be eized of the matter. (ANI)
