At least 15 people were killed and around 14 others injured in a blast during a funeral procession of a former governor at Jalalabad city in Afghanistan on Sunday.
Nangarhar Province governor’s spokesperson confirmed the incident. He told the media, “The blast was carried out during a funeral ceremony of a former governor.”
No radical group has yet not claimed the incident. The incident comes days after 41 people were killed and more than 80 injured in a suicide attack at a cultural centre in Kabul earlier this week.
