At least 13 killed, 6 injured in France bar fire: govt

At least 13 people have died and six been injured in a fire early today at a bar in Rouen, northern France, Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said. “An inquiry is underway to establish the cause of the fire,' Cazeneuve said in a statement.
