India’s dream to win its third World Cup trophy was shattered after New Zealand handed over a defeat to the Kohli-led side in the semi-final game at Manchester. Being one of the most consistent sides in the tournament, India were among the top favourites to end up as winners. Despite having knocked out, the Indian Team received accolades from all the sections including the Pakistani cricket fraternity. Ex-cricketer Shoaib Akhtar called Dhoni an ‘absolute legend’ and took on those who targeted the Indian team on its exit. The team, more or less, received backing even after an abrupt end of world cup campaign.
There have been exceptions to everything and in this case, there’s one too. Minister in Imran Khan’s cabinet, Fawad Chaudhry who has been making into the headlines courtesy his weird notions took to Twitter as he said,
Pakistanion ki #NayiMohabbat #â¤ï¸NewZeeland
— Ch Fawad Hussain (@fawadchaudhry) July 10, 2019
In the wake of this ‘timely’ tweet, Fawad was taken to task and was trolled.Â
New Zealand ki spelling likhna to seek lo 😮 fir karna #NayiMohabbat kar lena.. to shayad Timatar bhi de de bhikharistan ko 😢 free me

Even after receiving flak for his remark, minister did not stop here and went on to endorse a tweet that goes like “Dhoni you deserved such disgraceful exit for polluting the gentleman's game with fixing and bias!â€

In response to the minister’s tweet, one of the users tweeted-
@fawadchaudhry it is an utter pity that you are endorsing these disgraceful remarks against a legend who devoted 15 years to the gentleman's game but you won't get it because you are not a one.#Dhoni

It is not for the first time the science minister has hogged limelight for obvious reasons. He had earlier claimed that Hubble telescope was sent to space by Pak’s space agency Suparco instead of NASA. That time too, Fawad's statement invited hilarious reactions from the twitteratis.
Hubble telescope was sent to space in 1990 and is known as one of NASA’s great observatories.
In March this year, Fawad Chaudhary had urged International Cricket Council (ICC) to take action against the Indian cricket team for "politicising" the game by wearing army cap in an ODI game against Australia.
