A 6.2-magnitude earthquake jolted China's Hutubi county in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Thursday.
The quake struck at 1.15pm (local time) in Changji city, according to the China Earthquake Networks Centre (CENC).
There were no reports of casualties. Epicentered at west of the regional capital of Urumqi, the quake struck at a depth of 6km. It was located at 43.83 degrees north latitude and 86.35 degrees east longitude.
