John Fitzgerald Kennedy or JFK served as the 35th president of the United States of America (USA) from 196 1till 1963 when he was assassinated. His untimely death is mired in many conspiracy theories and believers had to wait for 54 years for full disclosure.  

People all over the world have been waiting for full disclosure of the assassination files that were compiled by the CIA following the unfortunate death of JFK as it gave rise to many conspiracy theories. 

On Saturday, October 21, US president Donald Trump made an official announcement in which he said that he will allow full disclosure of the classified files. 

As many as 28,00 files have been approved for release by the president which has been released on Thursday, October 26. But 300 files are still withheld on account of foreign relations and domestic national security reasons.  

According to one document, the CIA intercepted a call made by Lee Harvey Oswald (the assassinator) to a KGB officer at the Russian Embassy in Mexico in less than two months before killing JFK.   

The CIA suspected that he is also a KGB agent. 

JFK was known for many positive personality attributes and one of his famous quotes,"And so, my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country," reverberates among all American citizens till today.
