Low intensity earthquake in Japan left buildings shaking as authorities claimed no major casuality or a Tsunami threat.
The US Geological Survey (USGS) said epicentre was in Tokyo at a depth of 44 Kms.
In Japan, earthquakes are a common phenomenon, the strongest was on of magnitude 9.0 that struck the northeast coast on March 11, 2011, unleashing a massive tsunami and killing nearly 20,000 people, besides setting off the world's worst nuclear crisis since Chernobyl.
