Pakistan's former High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit was trolled heavily on social media after a goof up. Basit had tried to pass off a picture of adult movie star Johnny Sins as a Kashmiri youth blinded by a pellet gun. Now Johnny Sims has also taken a dig at the ex-envoy for the mistake. Sins tweeted his thanks for Basit for making him popular among South Asians and joked saying that his vision was perfectly fine.
Shout out to @abasitpak1 for all the new twitter followers! Thanks but my vision is fine https://t.co/Rk4QdiGBlq

Basit had apparently retweeted a photo of an adult film star while passing it off as a Kashmiri man who lost his vision due to pellet injury. It seems that he later deleted the tweet.
Pakistan based journalist Naila Inayat on Monday tweeted screenshots of the post saying, "Former Pakistani High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit, mistakes Johnny Sins for a Kashmiri man who lost vision from pellet. Unreal times these, really."

The picture actually had Sins' and another adult movie star's image where Sins was shown lying on the hospital bed and a female actor was holding him and crying.
Basit's mistake got lot of attention from Twitter users. Many reacted to Inayat's tweet with jokes, memes and funny comments.
