New York Times dares Donald Trump to go ahead with his lawsuit threat, stands by its story accusing Republican nominee of sexual assault

New York Times'lawyer's letter

Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump has denied allegations of sexual assault on women and asked New York Times to retract its story ‘Two Women Say Donald Trump Touched Them Inappropriately’. Further, his team has also threatened the newspaper with a lawsuit threat.

However, New York Times has stood by their story and don’t seem to bow down to Trump’s legal threats at any cost. Times’ lawyer David McCraw dismissed Trump’s charges that the story was libellous and wrote a letter to Trump’s attorney claiming that American citizens had a right to hear the truth.
