Sarah Sanders was appointed new White House press secretary on Saturday. Her father Mike Huckabee, a former governor, had trained daughter in hardscrabble politics - and down-home rhetoric.

Sarah has been given perhaps the toughest job in world that is speaking for President Donald Trump. She hails from a town called “Hope” which is also the birthplace of former president Bill Clinton.

Sarah is just 34 years old and already she is a political veteran.

She got a front row seat to a major political campaign in her early teens, when her father Mike Huckabee ran a successful campaign to be governor of their home state.

In 2008 presidential campaign she helped her dad win a solid victory the Iowa caucuses, only for his campaign to falter as the race went on.
