Mahindra XUV300 outshines Ford Ecosport in February 2019 sale numbers
Indian Automaker Mahindra And Mahindra Recently Launched Compact SUV In The Home Market XUV300 At A Starting Price Of Rs 7.9 Lakh.
Indian automaker Mahindra and Mahindra recently launched compact SUV in the home market XUV300 at a starting price of Rs 7.9 lakh. The SUV became an instant hit and was one of the highest selling car in the company line-up last month. In the month of February 2019, XUV300 was the second highest selling car for Mahindra with 4,484 units.
It doesn’t end there, Mahindra XUV300 also beat its rival Ford Ecosport in sales numbers by almost 1,300 units. In the month of February 2019, Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza and Ford Ecosport sold 5,263 units, 11,613 units, 3,156 units respectively.
Looking at these figures, it is clearly evident that Mahindra XUV300 outshined Ford Ecosport in sale numbers in the month of February 2019.
Mahindra is also churning out big with its other recent launches including Marazzo and Alturas.

Mahindra XUV300 comes in two engine variants, both petrol and diesel. In the petrol engine variant, it comes with a 1.2-litre which can produce 121 PS of power and 200 Nm of torque while the diesel engine comes with a 1.5-litre engine which produces 300 Nm of torque. It is mated with a 6-speed transmission.
Mahindra XUV300 also includes first-in-segment dual zone Fully Automatic Climate Control and Front Parking Sensors, dual LED daytime running lamps, and premium interior for the top-end model. Mahindra XUV300 will be offered in six colour options including Red Rage, Sun Burst Orange, Pearl White, Napoli Black, DSAT Silver and Aquamarine.
