Deepika Padukone, who is busy promoting her upcoming biopic of an acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal 'Chhapaak' is again in news for this never ending topic related to her.
However, she has been playing hide and seek with the media questions related to her 'RK' tattoo. There were even rumours that she has already removed the 'RK' tattoo while some believes that it is still in process with some laser sessions.
It was the tattoo which came into the limelight when she was in relationship with Ranbir Kapoor a couple of years ago.
Recently, in an interaction with ETimes, DP was asked about the tattoo, to which she replied, “I can't say right now because my hair is all tucked in, so, I'm not sure”.
On work front, Deepika is currently busy promoting her upcoming flick 'Chhapaak' which is scheduled to release on Janaury 10, 2020.
The title song of the biopic was released few days back on the internet. The songs shows Malti's journey and the hardships she suffered post the acid attack. The song also focuses on her fight against injustice. The song has been sung by Arijit Singh, composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy and the lyrics are penned by Gulzar.
Talking about the song at the launch event, Deepika called it the soul and thread of the film that binds it together. “Whenever I listen to this song, I get goosebumps,” Deepika said.
Deepika was also joined by Laxmi Agarwal. The two got quite emotional at the launch event. The trailer of Chhapaak was recently released at an event in Mumbai and recieved rave reviews from the audience.
