An FIR was registered against actor Aditya Pancholi and his domestic help for allegedly trespassing into his neighbour's house before misbehaving with their servant, police said on Monday.
Pancholi and his domestic help K Sunil were booked on Saturday under Section 427 (causing damage) Section 452 (trespass, assault or wrongful restraint), Section 323 (punishment for causing hurt), Section 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) and Section 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code, a officer at Versova police station said.
According to the police, educationist Bhargav Patel's domestic help alleged that he was attacked by Pancholi's domestic help Sunil at the actor's behest due to his past enmity with the Patel's family.
Based on a complaint, an FIR was registered against Pancholi and Sunil, but nobody has been arrested in the case.
On June 11, Bhargav's parked vehicle at Magnum Opus Society building was damaged, when an unidentified person allegedly threw a heavy gunny bag from the terrace of the four-storey building.

Earlier, Pancholi had allegedly assaulted Bhargav Patel after a minor dispute and the latter had filed a case against the actor at Versova police station.
