Controversies don’t seem to stop the fans of Salman Khan flocking to theatres to watch his film Sultan, which was released on July, a day before Eid.The film is doing great at the box office since the first day of its release and in about a week it is expected to enter the Rs 200-crore club.
Sultan had earned Rs 180.36 crore in India in five days. On sixth day, the film has earned Rs 15.54 crore, taking the domestic total to Rs 195.9 crore.According to a communication from the banner, the Ali Abbas Zafar directed Yash Raj Films production has collected Rs 252.5 crore ($ 37.7 million) in India and Rs 92 crore ($ 13.7 million) abroad. The total gross box office collection of Sultan now stands at Rs 344.5 crore ($ 51.4 million).
