Rishi Kapoor Has Expressed His Condolences Over The Demise Of Veteran Actor Vinod Khanna And Went To Share A Strange Coincidence Over His Death Saying That Feeroz Khan Too Passed Away On This Day Eight Years Ago.
Rishi Kapoor has expressed his condolences over the demise of veteran actor Vinod Khanna and went to share a strange coincidence over his death saying that Feeroz Khan too passed away on this day eight years ago. Kapoor took it to micro-blogging site Twitter to share details of this strange coincidence and wrote, "Strange coincidence. Friends Vinod Khanna and Feroz Khan die the same day 27th April. Khan sahab passed away 27th April 2009 Bangalore."
Vinod Khanna and Feeroz Khan had been the best of friends and shared screen space in several movies like 'Qurbani' and 'Dayavaan'. Interestingly, both the actors passed away due to cancer. While Khanna was suffering from bladder cancer Khan battled with lung cancer.
Rishi Kapoor made another tweet about Khanna and stated, "Last of the actors born in 1946,Peshawar,then British India,leaves us-Vinod Khanna." He even shared a picture of himself with Vinod from the sets of their movie 'Chandni' and thanked him for being his friend.
