The Star-studded Cast Of '83 Is Currently In Dharamshala For A Quick Workshop Before Starting Shoot For The First Schedule Of The Film
After launching his music record label, Ranveer Singh is back in action prepping up to play the character of Kapil Dev in the '83 based on India's win at the World Cup. The actor recently met the former Indian cricket captain at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association grounds and has shared pictures of their on-field training.
The star-studded cast of '83 is currently in Dharamshala for a quick workshop before starting shoot for the first schedule of the film. Giving a glimpse into the high infused energy of the team, the official handle of '83 shared a picture of the reel life cricketers.
The goal of the workshop is to train the actors to get into the skin of the various legendary cricketers and so Kapil Dev was invited to join the cast during their training session.
In the photo, Ranveer & Kapil can be seen sporting the Indian cricket team's blue jersey and can be seen talking to each other. Kapil Dev seems to be giving out some important tips to Ranveer. Ranveer also captioned the picture aptly as, “Becoming the Hurricane #KapilDev #Legend #JourneyBegins @83thefilm @kabirkhankk.â€Â

In one of the posts, Kapil Dev is seen doing net practice while the Gully Boy actor stands and watches him.
