James Bond 25’s release date pushed back again
The Bond 25's Release Date For The Second Time, Pushed Back.
Its another blow for 007 lovers. The Bond 25 (yet to reveal its official title) which as per MGM was supposed to announce the release date from Feb. 14 had postponed its release date for another two months. And now, as per reports, Bond 25’s release date will be announced on April 8, 2020 — a Wednesday before the start of Easter weekend.
The news was posted on the official Twitter handle of James Bond, ‘’The release date for Bond 25 has changed. Producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli: “We are absolutely thrilled to be releasing Bond 25 on 8 April 2020’’, the post reads.
This will be the second delay for Bond 25 after MGM and Eon originally announced in 2017 that the film would open on Nov. 8, 2019, which was then moved to Feb. 14, 2020 after Danny Boyle exited from the director slot and was replaced by Cary Joji Fukunaga and now to April, 2020.
The untitled James Bond movie will once again see Daniel Craig returning as Bond and Lea Seydoux, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, and Ben Whishaw will reprise their roles in the Spectre follow-up.
The last two installments of Spectre became the highest-grossing films in the series, with Skyfall hauling $1.1 billion globally and Spectre earning $880.7 million at the worldwide box office.
