Selena Gomez refuses Swift's Thanksgiving invitation

Singer Selena Gomez has reportedly turned down best friend Taylor Swift's Thanksgiving invitation in order to spend time with her family.

Swift, 26, threw a beach party for her 'squad', including model friends Lily Donaldson, Martha Hunt, singer Todrick Hall, brother Austin and parents at her lavish estate in Rhode Island to celebrate the holiday but Gomez, 24, flew to Texas to be with her family, reported Femalefirst.

"Taylor invited Selena to her big Thanksgiving dinner, but right now Selena just wants to be with her family. Spending time with them is her priority," a source said.

Gomez admitted herself to rehab earlier in 2016 in order to treat depression which was brought on as a result of her battle with autoimmune disease lupus.
