Comedian Kapil Sharma, Who Recently Was In Headlines When He Cancelled The Shoot For An Episode Of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ Citing His Bad Health. Now, He Is In News Again Because Of The Cancellation Of Another Shoot, But This Time Its Popular TV Show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’.
Comedian Kapil Sharma, who recently was in headlines when he cancelled the shoot for an episode of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ citing his bad health. Now, he is in news again because of the cancellation of another shoot, but this time its popular TV show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’.
Hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, the TV reality game show was supposed to shoot for a special episode, which was supposed to feature Kapil Sharma.
According to SpotboyE, this time it was not Kapil Sharma’s bad health for the cancellation of shoot, but, it was Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) strike wherein spotboys and other staff are demanding hike in their wages.
Around 250,000 employees are on strike from August 16 and protesting outside the main gate of Film City.
Apart from KBC 9, Shooting of Shahrukh Khan and John Abraham’s next was affected. Even the shoot for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited ‘Padmavati’ has been affected.
However, the makers of the show issued a statement, "The shooting has got postponed for next week, but it has got nothing to do with the FWICE strike’’.
