Actress and social worker Mahika Sharma is the latest to join the Padmavati brigade. Mahika has extended support and expressed gratitude to Sanjay Leela Bhansali for coming up with the idea of directing a film on queen Padmavati and educate the present generation."The growing number of rape cases and forcing minor girls into prostitution are serious issues but nobody is addressing these issues but people are keener on creating controversies. I feel Bhansali's Padmavati will educate the present generation with the history and will also justify the importance of protecting the beauty of a girl. I have lots of gratitude towards Sanjay sir as he has earlier educated his audience on the real definition of love," said Mahika.
