'Naam Shabana' Happens To Be The Prequel Of Akshay Kumar's 2015 Release 'Baby' And 'Naam Shabana' Trailer Effectively Captures The Essence Of Shabana's Character And What Made Her The Way She Is Before Baby Happened.
After winning hearts with her splendid performance in her last release 'Pink', Taapsee Pannu is once again back with another gritty movie 'Naam Shabana'.
The makers have recently released the trailer which has made 'Naam Shabana' the talk of the town.
The movie heads back to Taapsee's character Meera joining the national security agency and becoming agent Shabana Khan.
In the beginning of the trailer, Taapsee is shown as just like any other ordinary girl. However, as the trailer moves further, Manoj Bajpayee's voiceover reveals why she has been chosen to be a part of India's biggest security agency.
Taapse gets trained to transform herself into an extra-ordinary Shabana Khan and goes on to prove herself better than the best.
Â
She goes on to do all that even men can't, to get her hands on "world's most wanted" Tony played by Prithviraj Sukumaran.
Interestingly, Taapsee will be seen doing some breath-taking action sequences, and the scenes are directed by Hollywood stunt director, Cyril Raffaelli.
As reported earlier, 'Naam Shabana' happens to be the prequel of Akshay Kumar's 2015 release 'Baby' and 'Naam Shabana' trailer effectively captures the essence of Shabana's character and what made her the way she is before Baby happened.
While you could get over with Taapsee's action mode, we will have Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher making their way giving power punch end to the trailer.
Akshay Kumar will be reprising his role as Ajay Singh Rajput yet again for a special appearance.
Powerful stunts, impressive dialogues and thrilling story, 'Naam Shabana' trailer certainly promises an intriguing story.Â
Helmed by Shivam Nair, 'Naam Shabana' will hit the screens on March 31.
