The registration process for UGC NET exam begins today i.e. 9 September, 2019. National Testing Agency or NTA will conduct the examination from December 2 to December 6, 2019, in various centres across the country. The application process will end on 10 October, 2019. Candidates who wish to apply for UGC NET 2019 will have to visit the official site of NTA i.e. ntanet.nic.in.Â
The exam will be conducted for the subjects of Earth Science, Life Science, Chemical Science, Mathematical Science and Physical Science. Candidates should have postgraduate degree in M.Sc., MBBS or integrated BS-MS qualification in order to register for UGC NET Exam.
There will be two papers in the exam. Paper I and Paper II. Paper I will have reasoning, numerical and teaching ability and Paper-II will be purely based on the subject chosen by candidates.Â
In order to apply for the UGC NET Exam, candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. ntanet.nic.inStep 2: Click on the link âUGC NET 2019 December Registrationâ. You will be redirected to another window.Step 3: Mention your true and correct personal details to register for the exam. You will receive UGC NET 2019 registration number.Step 4: Using the newly created UGC NET registration number, log-in to complete the UGC NET registration process.Step 5: After filling the application form, upload your images as per the specified dimensionsStep 6:Â Pay the application fee to complete registration process
To apply for UGC NET 2019 examination, candidates will have to pay Rs 800 if belonging to General/Unreserved category, Rs 400 if belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC)- (NCL)*/Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Rs 200 if belonging to SC/ST/PwD/ Transgender category. â
